Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product. During this period you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
How to report a return
You report your return within 14 days of receipt by e-mail or via the model withdrawal form. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
Conditions for returns
Returns will be accepted when the product is in original condition, delivered complete, if possible in its original packaging and with proof of shipment.
Cost of returns
The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refund
After a valid revocation, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that it has been shipped. Payment is made by the same method used at the time of purchase unless you expressly choose another method.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Returns are not possible for products specially made on request or according to customer specifications, products that have a personal character, hygienic products whose seal has been broken or services/activities on a fixed date, such as tea ceremonies or workshops.
