Weekend Course in Filmmaking for Advanced Students

Have you already taken a pottery course and are you looking to focus on refining your technique? Do you want to throw taller pieces, wider ones, learn to throw plates, create series, or throw thinner pieces? Or would you like a true professional to work with you to identify areas where your technique could be refined? During this weekend, we’ll dive deep into all of that! With my years of experience in top-level wheel-throwing, I’ll teach you the finer points of the craft and take your wheel-throwing to the next level this weekend. There’s room for a maximum of 8 people, so I’ll have plenty of time to give everyone the attention they need. You’re considered advanced if you can confidently center clay pieces starting at 1 kg.

What to bring:

• Old towel
• An apron or clothing (shoes) that might get dirty
• Bats (which you can use to take your work home, if necessary)
• Tools I enjoy using (even though I have plenty on hand)
